Cancellation Policy
No smoking is permitted inside the building. However, guests are welcome to use our private outdoor courtyard if they wish to smoke. Outside catering is allowed, but an additional service fee applies. Alcohol is welcome, but must comply with all relevant local laws and regulations. If you plan to serve or sell alcohol, please ensure you have the appropriate permits. All leftover food, bottles, and packaging must be taken away by the hirer at the end of the event. A $600 refundable security deposit is required for each booking. This will be fully refunded within 3 business days, provided there is no damage to the venue or facilities, and no excessive cleaning is required.
